Fried banana drizzled with caramel sauce; served with homemade coconut butterfly pea ice cream.

MAIN:

Steamed shrimp curry with green bell pepper, coconut meat, Kaffir lime leaves, and cabbage; served in a young coconut shell with a side of healthy brown rice. 
(Curry sauce contains egg)

Stir-fried lump crab meat with egg, onion, bell pepper, and egg noodle; topped with crispy soft shell crab.
